welcome to my blog

hello everyone!

ok, so i've kicked myself in my own 'asana' hard enough now to get myself going with this blog. it's been vacant for too long. time to move in! thinking about something doesn't produce anything. at some point you got to take action. so no more excuses! let's get this blog on the road! more on all of this lack of action la'ta.

i am looking forward to reconnecting and connecting with the 'goa community' via this blog and sharing with you all things i know and discover related to yoga, fitness and living life with purpose and vitality.

hope you are having a great day!

carpe diem, a :-)
